What does this mean? 
It means that it is possible to stop thoughts and allow sensation and sensual reality to enter into the energetic felt sense within the body such that a current or vibration can be felt pulsing and enlivening every cell.  This open receptivity simultaneously reinforces the freeing of the mind of obsessive thought, allowing a vast emptiness through which profound receptivity and natural movement occur and unite as one. 

In this place prior to thought, each thing, person and situation is seen without emotional attachment and preconception. Each person and thing is seen as it is now, without content or past or future conditioning. It has never existed before in this way. We have developed a degree of freedom.

In the center of our chests we feel vulnerable, open-hearted, emotionally connected to ourselves and all of existence. Everything is beautiful and miraculous.  We are easily moved.
We love.  And we are loved, purely, deeply, unconditionally.

The combination of this emptiness and this fullness allows us to live more often in an ecstatic flow state, a state in which life creates itself through us as us, effortlessly.
